Differences Between Laminated and Tempered Glass
Tempered glass, sometimes called toughened glass, has an increased tensile strength thanks to a sped-up cooling process. This entire method creates glass that is much harder to break with impacts and intense heat. Moreover, when broken tempered glass shatters into many tiny cubes instead of shards, which again, minimizes injury in the event of an impact.
